IMP Klima Group acquisition by Dutch Orange Climate finalized
Lindab and Dutch company Orange Climate signed the agreement on the acquisition of Lindab IMP Klima Group today.
As Henk Willem van Dorp, Chairmen of the Van Dorp Group and founder of Orange Climate B.V., announced in front of the assembled IMP Klima employees in Godovič, Slovenia, Orange Climate is looking forward to expanding capacities in the field of ventilation and plans to continue the production of the complete product range on the Godovič location. Boasting an impressive tradition in air handling units, air terminal devices and ducting manufacturing, Orange Climate is one of Europe's most respected producers. By adding IMP Klima with its technical know-how and a modern R&D center to its three business units in the Netherlands, Orange Climate intends to further strengthen its position on international markets.
The IMP Klima Group consists of the legal entity in Slovenia “LINDAB, klima sistemi, d.o.o – v likvidaciji” and its subsidiaries in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, which will be from now on represented under the brand name OC IMP Klima. The new Managing Director of OC IMP Klima will be Miha Menard, who has so far fulfilled the role of the Sales Director and has been working in the company for the past 17 years.
