Orange Climate acquires Inteco
Orange Climate, developer and producer of sustainable indoor climate systems, has reached an agreement on the acquisition of Inteco. Orange Climate thus strengthens its position in the Dutch market for climate ceilings and in other parts of Europe. Inteco supplies indoor climate solutions using climate ceilings, induction units and ceilings with Phase Change Materials (PCM). Inteco’s yearly turnover is approximately € 20 million. Orange Climate expects this turnover to grow to € 100 million.
