History

OC IMP Klima d.o.o. is a recognized international provider of solutions and products for all types of buildings in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning. As part of the Orange Climate Group we are committed to the development of innovations which improve the quality of life in the area of living comfort. With economical, energy saving and environmental friendly solutions and products we contribute to the sustainable development of natural and social environments. Within the corporate structure we represent a group of companies for research, development and production of HVAC equipment with an international sales network and qualified technical support teams.

In the area of indoor climate solutions we boast more than 50 years of tradition. In the past decades we have grown from a manufacturer to a provider of product and system solutions for different types of buildings (such as business and public buildings, luxury hotels, shopping centres, hospitals, sports complexes, industrial and residential premises) and turn-key solutions for rooms with specific demands (clean rooms, swimming pools, hazardous industrial areas, etc.). Our product range focuses on the following product groups: air handling units, air distribution and regulation units, heating and cooling units and clean room technology. Beneath its headquarters and the main production premises in Slovenia, our group consists of a broad sales network and technical support teams in Europe, former Sowiet Union, Middle East, North Africa, USA and Australia. In the field of complex HVAC solutions we look back at numerous larger projects and deliveries to 80 countries worldwide.

In July 2015 our company has become part of the Swedish-based Lindab Group, a leading provider of ventilation and building products and solutions to the construction industry, currently operating with own companies in 32 countries.

In September 2020 our company was acquired by the Dutch Orange Climate Group, a respected European producer of air handling units, air terminal units and ducts.

Among our strongest advantages is the ability of rapid development of individual project solutions and customized products for buildings and rooms with most demanding requirements. The adequacy of such tailor-made solutions is tested and proven in our own R&D competence centre in Godovič. With its modern equipped laboratories the latter represents one of the largest industrial research facilities in this part of Europe. The international cooperation with institutions of knowledge, technology platforms and associations enables us to generate technologically complex products and solutions with a high share of integrated knowledge.
