Turn-key solution for Hotel Astoria, Bled

The picturesque alpine resort Bled boasts a renovated Hotel Astoria with new wellness and conference facilities, a stylish restaurant and an educational center for catering and tourism. Our company, in close cooperation with designers, supplied and installed a complete ventilation, heating and cooling solution and a central building management system.

Special attention was paid to the energy performance of the building and the use of renewable energy sources, while ensuring the highest level of comfort. For central air preparation for different premises five air handling units were installed. Ventilation of rooms with increased humidity - spa and sauna - is ensured by air handling units in swimming pool version, while a separate system ensures accurately controlled air supply and exhaust for the school kitchen. Installed was also a compact "plug & play" air handling unit, characterized by an exceptional heat recovery level.

A chiller with an advanced condenser unit enables reliable performance at external temperatures up to 46 ° C, while the built-in electronic thermal expansion valve ensures energy efficiency even in the case of partial load of the cooling system.

Beneath a superior ventilated ceiling, providing ideal conditions in the kitchen without annoying drafts or odors, also a user friendly central control system was implemented, allowing easy adjustment of the parameters.
